• Can solve addition problems through 10.

Things your child will learn are:
• The life cycle of plants and animals:the smilarities an differences between the two and identifying their characteristics.
• Seasons and the weather: the weather changes from day to day, and through out the seasons.
• The human body: the parts of the body and the five senses.
• Measurement and motion: how magnets push and pull, and comparing objects by their weight and size.

Social Studies

Thing your child will learn:
• They will become familiar with the people and events that are associated woth the U.S. national holidays.
• They will be able to put the days, weeks, and months in correct order.
• They will be able to recongnize things like national, state symbols, and icons. Such as flags and the statue of liiberty.
• They will learn that their are differnt countries and the similarities and differences of them.
• Can tell and show the diffences between the land and water on the globe or the map.
• They will learn the differnces of their families, school, and community from other countries and times.
